Return & Refund Policy
At Baji, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items.
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Log in to your Baji account.
- Go to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click Return Item and choose the reason for return.
- Follow the instructions provided.
Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
Return Pickup
- For eligible orders, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
- In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item to the seller or our warehouse.
- Returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval of refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product, or the seller confirms receipt of the returned item, your refund will be initiated after a successful quality check.
Refunds are processed to:
- The original payment method for prepaid orders.
- Your bank account via NEFT for Pay on Delivery orders.
- Your Baji Wallet (if applicable and selected by you).
Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to:
- Your registered bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), or
- Your Baji Wallet balance.
You can add or update your bank details in the Your Account section or during the return request process.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The account holder’s name must match the name registered on your Baji account.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within:
- 2–5 business days after return approval for wallet refunds.
- 5–7 business days for bank transfers (NEFT).
- 7–10 business days for credit/debit card and UPI refunds, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer replacements or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may still request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
