At Baji, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or orders above a specified order value.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email and/or SMS confirmation.
- A tracking number and courier partner details.
You can also track your order through the My Orders section in your Baji account.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable pin codes.
Baji reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on order history.
International Shipping
Currently, Baji ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier operational issues
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
In such cases, we will keep you informed of the updated delivery status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Baji is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please:
- Refuse delivery if possible.
- Take photos of the package.
- Contact our customer support immediately.
